Return to Our Roots

It's so very late, and I should so be in bed, but blogger is calling me... We've been home for just about three and a half weeks now. The boys love all the Grandmas, Grandpas, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends from the past. They're learning to climb trees, create rivers, islands, and lakes in the back garden with the hose, drink out of the hose, mow the lawn (they just watch that), and they're generally living life in the country. We experience one or two major melt downs a day, but we're all adjusting pretty well. Jordan is loving working for a real pay check, and his own office is getting closer everyday. I'll post some pictures of our new life when my bed and blogger aren't fighting over me; but for now, the bed wins.

I think we better get together next week. Reed's Dairy is calling my name. I'll be up on Wednesday. E-mail me with your new cell phone number, etc.

Welcome back! Maybe I'll bump into you one of these days. It's a small world 'round these parts.

p.s. I read your comment on my blog via e-mail this morning and have been DYING for a shaved ice (again) ever since. As soon as the Mr. gets home I'm making him take me.

I am glad that you are getting into the swing of things in ID. I sure miss you around WP, although I've not been there much this summer. You need to keep posting here so I can keep track of Abby's second family. :o) You would be so proud of her...she is sitting on her own and even starting to crawl. Crazy!! Much love, Shelly
